In accordance with UKLR 6.4.9R, Shaftesbury Capital PLC announces that Richard Akers, Senior Independent Director of
the Company, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director and Chair Designate of Ibstock plc ("Ibstock") with effect
from 5 May 2025. Richard will become Chair of Ibstock following the conclusion of the Ibstock annual general meeting on
15 May 2025.
Shaftesbury Capital shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") (primary) and the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange ("JSE") and A2X.
