Final Redemption and Early Termination Event for UBS Autocallable linked to
the NKY, SX5E, and SPX Indices (the "Notes")
As announced on 10 March 2025, UBS AG, as Issuer of the UBS Autocallable
Note linked to the NKY, SX5E, and SPX Indices, hereby notifies holders of an
Early Termination event which occurred on Observation Date, Tuesday, 25 March
2025.
On Tuesday, 25 March 2025 (Early Termination Observation Date), the
conditions for early exercise were met, therefore the abovementioned Note
will automatically exercise and terminate, and an Early Termination Amount
will be paid in respect of each Note of a nominal amount equal to the
Calculation Amount. The note will be suspended from trading effective,
Thursday, 27 March 2025.
