Metrofile shareholders are advised that the Company is in discussions relating to the potential
acquisition of the Company (the "Potential Transaction"). The Board of Metrofile Holdings has
constituted an Independent Board (the "Independent Board") to assess and consider the terms of
the approaches relating to the Potential Transaction and related processes. The Independent
Board has appointed appropriate advisors.
Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a
further announcement in this regard is made.
