CHANGES TO LABAT AFRICA LTD BOARD
The Board acknowledges the retirement and resignation of Ms. R. Madjiet as a Non-
Executive Director and Chairperson of Labat Africa Limited, with immediate effect. Ms.
Madjiet has served the company with dedication and integrity for the past 12 years,
consistently acting in the best interests of the organization. We extend our sincere
gratitude for her invaluable contributions and wish her well in her future endeavours.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Johannes Kabila as a Non-Executive
Director of Labat Africa Limited, effective 27 March 2025. Mr. Kabila brings 18 years of
experience as a data engineer, specializing in the development of systems that collect,
manage, and transform raw data into actionable insights for data scientists and other
professionals. His expertise will be an asset to the company.
The Board has appointed Ms. N. Bodirwa as the Interim Chairperson of Labat Africa
Limited. We have full confidence in her leadership and ability to guide the company
during this transition.
The Board welcomes Mr. Kabila and Ms. Bodirwa to their new roles and looks forward to
their contributions in advancing the company's strategic objectives.
