The Company announces that Adam Metz, independent non-executive director, has
been appointed as Interim CEO and President of Seritage Growth Properties (NYSE:
SRG) ("Seritage") with effect from 11 April 2025. Adam is currently Seritage's Board
Chairman and has been an independent member of its board since 2022. This
announcement is made further to the announcement released by Seritage to the
New York Stock Exchange on 28 March 2025.
