RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr Marthinus Stephanus ("Tony") Appelgryn has resigned
as an independent non-executive director from the Board of AH-Vest with effect from
31 March 2025, following 12 years of service.
The Board would like to thank Tony for his many years of excellent advice and guidance
and wish him well for the future.
