CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
RESIGNATION OF MAS' GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Shareholders are advised that Nadine Bird has resigned as MAS' Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and
Executive Director with effect from 30 June 2025. Since her appointment in February 2023, Nadine has
overseen the Group's finance function, as well as the implementation of MAS' debt management
strategy. The latter is largely complete, and the results achieved under her guidance in this process
have been significantly better than initially expected.
The Board greatly appreciates Nadine's leadership and valuable contribution to MAS since her appointment
and wishes her the best in her future endeavours, and regrets losing her strong leadership as the Group's
CFO. The process to identify and appoint a suitable replacement for Nadine as the Group's Chief Financial
Officer has commenced, and a further update will be provided once the process is complete.
