PARTIAL REDEMPTION
Absa Bank Limited (the "Issuer") wishes to advise the JSE Limited of a partial capital redemption of its ASN435, ASN436
and ASN440 notes (the "Notes"), following client requests to partially unwind the respective Notes. Following the
repurchase of the unwind units, the Notes will be partially redeemed with effect from Monday, 07 April 2025.
