FURTHER BUSINESS RESCUE UPDATE
Stakeholders are referred to the Business Rescue update published on the JSE Limited ("JSE") Stock
Exchange News Service ("SENS") on 20 January 2025, and are further advised that:
- The Business Rescue Plan for Murray & Roberts Limited ("MRL"), the subsidiary in Business
Rescue, was published on 31 March 2025 and is available for review on the Group's website at
https://www.murrob.com/br.asp
- The date set by the Business Rescue Practitioners ("BRPs") for creditors of MRL to vote on the
Business Rescue Plan ("the Vote") is Tuesday, 08 April 2025.
- The BRPs intend to declare the result of the Vote on or about Wednesday, 09 April 2025 and the
Group will publish the result on SENS thereafter.
- The Group expects to publish its unaudited interim financial results for the six months ended
31 December 2025 on or before Friday, 11 April 2025.
