CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Brimstone
shareholders are advised that Mr Mohamed Iqbal Khan (Iqbal), an executive director and Chief
Operating Officer of Brimstone, has retired from Brimstone effective 3 April 2025 due to health
reasons.
Iqbal served the Brimstone Group of companies in various positions over approximately 16 years and
played a vital role in the restructuring of certain of Brimstone's subsidiary companies.
The Company and the board would like to extend its gratitude and sincere appreciation to Iqbal for
his valued contributions during his tenure with Brimstone and wish him well for the future.
