In compliance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, the
Board of Directors of Mercedes-Benz South Africa Limited hereby notifies noteholders of the resignation of Ms.
Sagree Sardien, as Non – Executive Director of Mercedes-Benz, effective 30 April 2025. The reason for Ms. Sagree
Sardien's resignation is due to her deployment to a new international assignment in Mercedes-Benz AG.
Ms. Sagree Sardien's replacement will be finalized and communicated in due course.
