Shareholders and Noteholders are hereby advised that the Company has increased the maximum aggregate
Outstanding Nominal Amount of all of the Notes that may be issued under its Domestic Medium Term Note
Programme at any one point in time (the Programme Amount), from ZAR5,000,000,000 to ZAR7,000,000,000,
effective 7 April 2025.
