Amendments to the Supply Chain Management Policy
Pursuant to paragraph 7.14 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
Noteholders are hereby advised of the Municipality's amendment to the Supply Chain Management
Policy which has been published on the following website:

The amendments were made to align the policy with current regulatory adjustments as well as for
accuracy of the relevant regulations in this regard.
