The board of directors of AYO hereby advises shareholders that Merchantec Capital has resigned as Joint
Sponsor to the Company with effect from 14 May 2025. Vunani will continue to serve as the company's
sponsor, ensuring sustained support.
We extend our gratitude to Merchantec Capital for their years of dedicated service to the Company.
