Further to the SENS announcement released on 07 April 2025 and in compliance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE
Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, the board of directors of Mercedes-Benz South
Africa Limited hereby notifies noteholders that Mr. Florian Seidler has been appointed as the non – executive
director of Mercedes-Benz South Africa Limited following the resignation of Ms Sagree Sardien. The effective date
of the appointment is 1 May 2025.
The appointment was made pursuant to the policy dealing with the nomination of directors of the Issuer.
