CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Pursuant to paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited (the "JSE") Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, potential noteholders are hereby advised that Mr. Steffen Engelbertus Johannes Ruigrok
has resigned as an executive managing director of J.P. Morgan Structured Products B.V. with effect from
15 April 2025. The resignation of Mr. Steffen Engelbertus Johannes Ruigrok is due to pursuing new career
opportunities.
Potential noteholders are further advised that Mr. Arend Doppenberg has been appointed as an
executive managing director of the Issuer, with effect from 15 April 2025 following the resignation of
Mr. Steffen Engelbertus Johannes Ruigrok.
The board of the Issuer confirms that the appointment of Mr. Arend Doppenberg was made pursuant to
the Dutch law and the Articles of Association of the Issuer.
