PASSING OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The board of directors of ISA ("the Board") sadly announces the passing of Mr Desmond Charles Seaton, an
independent non-executive director of ISA and the chairperson of the Audit and Risk committee on 20 April
2025.
Des, as he was affectionately known, was a highly regarded and respected director who brought a wealth of
experience and knowledge to the Company. He will be sorely missed by his fellow directors, management and
all who knew him at ISA. The Board extends its sincerest condolences to Des' family.
The Board will convene in due course to discuss changes to the Board and its committees, which changes will
be communicated once finalised.
