CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraphs 3.59 (b) and (c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders and
noteholders are informed that due to strategic differences it has been agreed between Geoff Jennett
and Emira that Geoff will step down as Chief Executive Officer of Emira at the end of April 2025.
The Board has accepted Geoff stepping down as CEO and extends its heartfelt thanks for his
remarkable commitment. Geoff was appointed CEO of Emira in August 2015 having joined the Board
as CFO in January 2015.
The Board will initiate a process to identify a new CEO to lead the Company. The Board intends to
conclude the process timeously.
