APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD
In compliance with Paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised of the following change to the Company's Board of
Directors (the "Board").
The Board is pleased to announce that Ms Lisa Seftel has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 01 May 2025.
Lisa is a highly accomplished strategic executive manager with almost 30 years of
service in various spheres of South African Government. Until February 2025, Lisa
served as an Executive Director of the National Economic Development and Labour
Council (Nedlac). She has previously served as an Executive Director of Transport at
the City of Johannesburg, Municipal Manager at Sedibeng District Municipality, Chief
Director of Policy at the Gauteng Office of the Premier, and Executive Manager of
Labour Relations at the Department of Labour.
The Board wishes Lisa well in her new role and looks forward to her contribution.
