NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Greenhouse hereby notifies its debt investors that it has publicly released its annual financial statements
("AFS") for the year ended 31 December 2024 and that the audit report relating to the AFS is unqualified.
During the review and audit of Statement of Financial Position it was identified that trade and other
payables are repayable on demand and as such is more liquid than the derivative liabilities. As such 2023
comparatives have been restated to reflect the correct order.
