Delta stakeholders are advised that the Company will release its financial results for the year ended 28 February 2025
on the JSE Stock Exchange News Services on or about Thursday, 29 May 2025.
A results briefing will be held via webcast on Tuesday, 3 June 2025 at 10:00 SAST.

Participants will be able to post questions in the chat function of the webcast for discussion during the open floor
session post the briefing.
