SABCAP SHARE BUYBACKS
Shareholders are advised that in the 2025 financial year to date a subsidiary of Sabcap has
purchased 720 000 Sabcap shares through the market at an average cost price of 9413 cents per
share for a total consideration of R67,8 million.
The number of Sabcap shares in issue is 38 370 000 and the number of Sabcap shares in issue net
of treasury shares held pursuant to the purchases above is now 37 650 000 shares.
