NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDITOR
Noteholders are hereby advised of the non-reappointment of the Issuer's external auditor,
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. ("PwC"), with effect from 31 December 2024.
The change in audit firm was initiated by KOBWA due to PwC's three-year contract running its course.
Noteholders are further advised that the Joint Water Commission has approved the appointment of Nexia
SAB&T as KOBWA's external auditor for the next three years, from 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2028, with
Mr Ziyad Sonpra (IRBA registration number 483273) as designated audit partner.
