CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Phumzile
Langeni, having served on the board of directors (the "Board") for a longer than expected period of 5 years, will retire
from the Board as a non–executive director and Chairman of the Company with effect from 30 June 2025 to focus on
personal business interests.
The Board thanks Phumzile for her contribution and dedication to the Company over the years and wishes her well.
The Board is in the process of finalising new appointments as a result of Phumzile Langeni's retirement, as well as the
resignation of Brett Copans, as announced on 14 February 2025. Further announcements will be made in due course.
