NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN EXTERNAL AUDITOR
In accordance with paragraphs 6.15 to 6.17 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
noteholders are hereby advised that Ernst & Young Inc. was appointed as the external audit firm replacing KPMG with
effect from 10 July 2024. The reason for the change in audit firms is the 5-year mandatory audit firm rotation.
The appointment of the new external auditor complies with paragraphs 6.11 and 6.12 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist
Securities Listings Requirements and the appointment of Ernst & Young Inc. was approved by the shareholder on 10 July 2024.
