CLOSING OF CAPITAL RAISE IN SOUTH AFRICA
Further to the SENS announcement published earlier today, shareholders are advised that the
Capital Raise undertaken as an accelerated bookbuild is now closed. 19 019 956 new Hyprop
shares will be issued at R42.50 per share (representing a premium of 0.3% to the 30-day volume
weighted average price per Hyprop share on 30 May 2025 of R42.39) pursuant to the Company's
existing general authority to issue shares for cash. The book was oversubscribed at this level.
Hyprop intends to utilise the funds to reduce debt (in the short-term) and for asset management
initiatives, organic growth opportunities, further solar projects and new investments.
Subject to approval by the JSE, listing and trading of the new Hyprop shares is expected to
commence at 09:00 on Wednesday, 11 June 2025.
