NOTIFICATION OF UPDATES TO THE ISSUER'S INFORMATION STATEMENT
Pursuant to paragraph 4.10 and 6.21 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Listings Requirements, noteholders
are hereby advised that the information statement, which is incorporated by reference in the Issuer's
ZAR1,000,000,00 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme dated 6 April 2020 (the "Information Statement"),
has been updated.
The updated Information Statement, 2 June 2025, is available for inspection through a secure electronic manner
at the election of the person requesting inspection and will be made available for inspection on the Issuer's
website, https://www.usplus.world/bond-issuance.
