Resignation of Company Secretary
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Ms Leanne van Wyk has resigned as Company Secretary of Sygnia Limited,
effective 2 June 2025.
The board of directors of Sygnia would like to thank Ms van Wyk for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well
in her future endeavours.
The Company will begin the process of appointing a suitable replacement. A further announcement regarding the appointment
of a new Company Secretary will be made in due course.
