CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF A DIRECTOR
Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Thabo Leeuw, who currently serves as an independent non-
executive director of Attacq, has been appointed as a member of the Company's audit and risk committee
with effect from 4 September 2025.
Following his appointment, Attacq's audit and risk committee will comprise the following members:
