RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on
16 April 2025 and are advised that the Acquiror has advised that they have secured a
funding commitment and a further announcement will be made in due course. Proof
of funds has been requested and, once received, formal agreements will be
concluded.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution whilst dealing in their
securities until a further announcement is made.
The Board collectively and individually accepts responsibility for the information
