WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcements published by the
Company, the last of which was dated 6 May 2025.
Shareholders are advised that the acquisition negotiations are no longer proceeding.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required to be exercised
by shareholders when dealing in their securities in relation to the acquisition negotiations.
However, the Company remains under a separate cautionary as last published on 5 June
2025.
