NOTIFICATION OF THE SEMI-ANNUAL HISTORICAL INFORMATION AND THE AVAILABILITY OF THE INVESTOR
REPORT
In accordance with paragraph 6.83(a)(i) of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements
(the DSS Requirements), noteholders are hereby advised that there have been no replacements or
repurchases of assets in the pool, for the reporting date 20 June 2025 (reporting date), due to a breach of the
representations and warranties contained in the agreements underlying the asset-backed debt securities.
Furthermore and in accordance with section 6.83(a)(ii) of the DSS Requirements, noteholders are advised that
the investor report detailing the performance of the underlying assets in aggregate, for the reporting date, is
