Demand to call a shareholders meeting
In terms of section 3.97 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby
notified the SEAM Board of Directors received a demand from SEAM shareholders on 13
June 2025, collectively holding 10,74% of the issued share capital of SEAM, to call a
shareholders meeting.
The SEAM Board of Directors are considering this demand and shareholders will be kept
up to date in this regard.
