ADJOURNMENT OF GENERAL MEETING TO 27 JUNE 2025
Shareholders are referred to the Circular ("the Circular") and Notice of General Meeting ("the Meeting")
published on the JSE's Stock Exchange News Service on 20 May 2025 and are advised that the Meeting
was convened on the appointed date but was not properly constituted due to the lack of the necessary
quorum being present.
Shareholders are further advised that the Meeting, in accordance with the Company's Memorandum of
Incorporation, was consequently adjourned without motion or vote to Friday, 27 June 2025 at 11:00
SAST.
Proxy Votes already cast prior to the Meeting will remain valid for this adjourned meeting.
Shareholders who have not yet registered to be represented or to participate at the General Meeting on
27 June are requested to complete the necessary proxy form and electronic participation form in line with
the instructions contained in the Circular, available on the Group's website at
https://www.murrob.com/inv-presentations.asp
As with the Meeting, participation in the adjourned meeting of 27 June 2025 will be through electronic
participation only and new voting links will be distributed to all shareholders who have already completed
the electronic participation form.
