REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT THE GENERAL MEETING
At the general meeting ("GM") of the shareholders of HomeChoice, held today 19 June 2025 for the purposes of approving the change of name of the
Company, the special resolution proposed was approved by the requisite majority of votes. The special resolution is subject to the registration and approval
by the Mauritian registrar. The change of name will be implemented in accordance with the timetable set out in the circular, and as announced on 28 May.
In this regard, HomeChoice confirms the voting statistics from the GM as follows:
