RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, the NewGold Board ("the Board") wishes to inform debenture holders of the following
change to the Board with effect from 30 June 2025.
Mr Timothy John ("Tim") Fearnhead is retiring and as a result will be resigning as an Independent Non-
Executive Director of the Board and Member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee with effect
from 30 June 2025. The Board wishes to thank Mr Fearnhead for his service and contribution during
his tenure.
