Appointment of Debt Officer
Pursuant to paragraph 7.3(g) of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements and the
SENS announcement released on 7 April 2025 (Changes to the Board and Debt Officer), potential
noteholders are hereby advised that Mr Rense Gerard Boks, Managing Director of the Issuer has been
appointed as the Debt Officer of the Issuer, in his capacity as Managing Director of the Issuer, with
effect from 23 June 2025. This follows the resignation of Mr Jozef Cornelis Petrus van Uffelen as
Managing Director and Debt Officer of the Issuer.
The Board of the Issuer has considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications and
experience of the Debt Officer.
