RECONSTITUTION OF BOARD COMMITTEES
To optimise governance processes and resource allocation, the board of directors ("board") have agreed that the audit
committee and the risk committee be reconstituted into a combined audit and risk committee ("ARC") effective from
23 June 2025.
The members of the newly constituted ARC, who are all independent non-executive directors, will be:
- Mr Hugh Roberts (Chairperson)
- Mr Patrick Naylor
- Ms Bulelwa Ntshingwa
