DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF TRENCOR SHARES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122 of the
Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Act"), shareholders are advised that All Weather Capital
Proprietary Limited ("All Weather Capital"), on behalf of underlying clients, has formally
notified the Company that its total beneficial interest held in the Company has increased
from 7,48% to 10,74%.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required
notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
The board of directors accepts responsibility for the information contained in this

to the best of their knowledge and belief, such information is true, and this announcement
