WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on
5 June 2025 and are advised that the Acquiror is stil pursuing its fund raising efforts and
therefore proof of funding has not been secured.
Should the Acquiror be successful in their fund raising efforts, they will re-approach the
controlling shareholder/s at that time.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the cautionary has been withdrawn.
The Board collectively and individually accepts responsibility for the information
contained in this announcement and certifies that, to the best of its knowledge and
belief, the information contained in this announcement does not omit anything that is
