June 2025 in relation to the cessation of Mr Andile Khumalo as a
member of ACSA's Audit and Risk Committee. Noteholders are hereby
further advised that Mr Andile Khumalo has ceased to be a member
of ACSA's Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 11 June 2025
pursuant to his assessment by the Company as not being legally
independent. The Board wishes to thank Mr Andile Khumalo for his
invaluable contribution and service during his tenure as a member
of the committee.
