EXTENSION OF RETIREMENT DATE OF DIRECTOR
Further to the SENS announcement released on 12 May 2025, the Board is pleased to announce that Ms Phumzile
Langeni has reconsidered the effective date of her retirement. She has confirmed her intention to extend her retirement
date to 15 August 2025.
Accordingly, Ms Langeni will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board and of the Nominations Committee, as well
as a member of the Asset, Liability and Investment Committee and the Remuneration Committee, until 15 August 2025.
Further announcements regarding the vacancy on the Board and Board subcommittees which will arise following
Phumzile's retirement, will be made in due course.
