RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms.
Zantira Annandakrisnan has resigned as Company Secretary of RFG Holdings Limited and Head of Legal of the
Group's main operating subsidiary with effect from 31 August 2025.
The Board of Directors (Board) of the Company thanks Zantira for her contribution to the Company and wishes
her well in her future endeavours.
The Board will begin the recruitment process and will appoint a Company Secretary in due course.
