FURTHER DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND
ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2025
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 2 June 2025 wherein the Company
indicated that it expected to publish its audited annual financial statements for the year ended
28 February 2025 ("FY25 AFS") by 30 June 2025 and distribute its annual report (including
the notice of AGM) ("Annual Report") by 31 July 2025. Afdawn hereby notifies shareholders
of a further delay in publication of its FY25 AFS and its Annual Report.
The Company expects to publish its FY25 AFS by 31 August 2025 and distribute its Annual
Report by 30 September 2025.
Further updates will be communicated to the market as may be required.
