RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Ms Ntokozo Makomba has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from
30 September 2025.
The board of directors would like to thank Ntokozo for her contribution to Libstar during her
tenure and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
The process of appointing a new Company Secretary will commence, and shareholders will
be advised once an appointment is made.
