The JSE is proposing amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements and the Debt and Specialist
Securities Listings Requirements dealing with the central securities depositary.

Announcements regarding Listings Requirements
The JSE invites comments on the proposed amendments by close of business on Monday, 4 August
2025, and comments can be sent to consultation@jse.co.za.
