Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 2 April 2025
regarding the disposal by Accelerate of its proportionate ownership in Portside Office Tower, which
constitutes a category 1 transaction in terms of section 9.20(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements (the
"Portside Transaction"), and are advised that the JSE has granted Accelerate an extension for the issuing
of the circular for the Portside Transaction until 31 July 2025.
