Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by the Company on 7 July 2025
("Announcement") in terms of which shareholders were advised that the Company has
distributed its integrated report, incorporating the notice of annual general meeting and
containing the audited group financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 is
