CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraphs 3.59 (b) and (c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders and
noteholders are informed that Mr Derick van der Merwe has resigned as a director of Accelerate (and
member of all relevant board committees) with effect from 11 July 2025 due to strategic differences.
The board wishes to thank Mr van der Merwe for his contribution to Accelerate over the years and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The board has initiated the process to identify a new Lead Independent Director.
