Holders of the listed SBRN19 Equity Index Linked Notes ("the
Notes") which are redeeming on Friday 18 July 2025 are informed
that the level of the index was determined and calculated on
Friday 11 July 2025 as 263.84
Following this determination and calculation holders of the
Notes are advised as follows:
1. Holders elected to instruct Standard Bank to sell the ETFs on
behalf of the holders of the Notes and pay the redemption
amount of such sale of the ETFs to the holder of the Notes,
will receive on 18 July 2025 an amount of 450,000 South
African cents per the Note equivalent to the value of the
relevant ETFs held by them on the Record Date.
2. After payment of the sale proceeds of the ETFs on 18 July
2025, the Notes (SBRN19) will be de-listed from the JSE on 21
July 2025.
